Discription:-
> Handling all hardware related issue.
> Troubleshooting of Desktop and Printers.
> Installation, Configuration & troubleshooting of Outlook/ Mail Client .
> Maintenance and troubleshooting on application software.
> Troubleshooting LAN based network as well VPN related issue at desktop level.
>Basic knowledge about remote tols
> Average + Communication skill.

Qualification :BE/B Tech/BCA/BSc / Diploma
