Junior Designer

to join our in-house team and contribute to our product development process.

Role Overview

As a

Junior Designer

, you will play a key role in creating detailed

tech packs

for our production team, ensuring seamless communication between design and manufacturing. You must have strong skills in

Adobe Illustrator

and

CLO 3D

to create digital mockups, garment specifications, and technical illustrations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop

tech packs

with precise measurements, material details, stitching, and trim specifications. Create

technical drawings

and garment flat sketches using

Adobe Illustrator

. Utilize

CLO 3D

(or similar software) to create 3D garment simulations and virtual prototypes. Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure accurate sample development. Assist in fabric and trim selection, ensuring alignment with design intent. Maintain an organized library of designs, revisions, and materials. Stay updated on fashion trends and industry innovations to enhance designs.

Requirements:

1+ years of experience

in fashion design, technical design, or a similar role.

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator

(vector sketches, line sheets, and tech packs).

Experience with CLO 3D or similar 3D garment simulation software

(Browzwear, Optitex, etc.). Strong understanding of

garment construction, pattern-making, and textiles

. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
