: Junior Dentist Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Junior Dentist to join our team. As a Junior Dentist, you will work under the supervision of experienced dentists to provide dental care to patients. Assist senior dentists in delivering high-quality dental care to patients. 2. Perform routine dental procedures such as dental cleanings, examinations, and fluoride treatments. 3. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive dental care. 4. Take and develop dental x-rays as needed for diagnosis and treatment planning. 5. Assist in administering local anesthetics and other medications during dental procedures. 6. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of treatments provided. 7. Sterilize and disinfect dental instruments and equipment in accordance with infection control protocols. 8. Assist in managing dental emergencies and provide appropriate treatment. 9. Collaborate with dental hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative staff to ensure smooth operation of the dental practice. Requirements: 1. Graduation from an accredited dental school with a Bachelor's of Dental Surgery (BDS) 2. Valid state dental license and current registration with the state dental board. 3. Strong knowledge of dental procedures, techniques, and equipment. 4. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with patients and colleagues. 5. Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing compassionate patient care. 6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. 7. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and advancements in dentistry. 8. Previous experience or internship in a dental setting is preferred but not required.
