Job Description

Indus Parking Services (IPS) is an emerging parking enforcement company located in the heart of Gurugram, India. We are a team of focused, determined, and enthusiastic professionals with expertise in managing parking spaces. We can deter unauthorized parking in commercial property, residential areas, and other places. Indus Parking Services takes care of the entire parking enforcement process. We also provide Operation Support to Euro Parking Services.

As a Customer Service Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing communication with clients, resolving outstanding balances, and ensuring timely payments. Reporting directly to your Team Leader, you will contribute to the efficiency of our credit control processes and uphold excellent customer service standards.

As a Customer Service Executive your responsibilities will include:

• Manage and respond to a high volume of inbound calls.
• Listen carefully to callers' requirements.
• Ensure callers' requests are dealt with effectively and efficiently.
• Follow on-screen steps throughout the duration of calls.
• Stay calm and focused in dealing with a variety of customer queries.
• Managing internal and external debt payment questions and inquiries.
• Ensuring payments are on track to be paid within the agreed terms.
• Chasing overdue invoices and payments via telephone and email.
• Keeping detailed records of collection activities and conversations.
• Always ensure the highest standards of customer care at all times.
• Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPI) targets as set out and agreed with your line manager.

The ideal candidate working as a Customer Service Executive will display:

• Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent writing skills (for logging call details on systems)
• Problem-solving skills
• The ability to stay calm under pressure
• Prior experience in office work is desirable
• Fundamental computer skills (Microsoft Office and knowledge of CRM systems)
• The ability to juggle multiple tasks and to prioritize your workload.
• Should be result and target-oriented.

Schedule:

• 9-hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Timings: 1:30 pm to 11:30 pm.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?324,000.00 per year
