- Support Operations Team by providing valuable customer insights and feedback.
- Manage customer engagement, track activity, and enhance customer experience.
- Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional products and services.
- Excellent oral and written English language skills with proficiency in typing and grammar.
- Strong customer service ethos with a focus on politeness and patience.
- Preferably, experience in inbound chat operations.
- Good computer skills and familiarity with internet navigation.
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask effectively and work well within a team.
- Proactive attitude towards resolving customer issues.
