We are looking for a young professional to join our Credit Product Centre team and this could be your opportunity.You will be supporting the deal teams for Trade Finance & Working Capital Solutions underwriting and be responsible for:

  • professional and profound credit risk / rating assessment and financial analysis of diverse set of corporates.
  • collation of financial and other risk relevant information.
  • enter data in underwriting tools for underwriter review and validation.
  • improvement of credit file productivity and processing efficiency and respond in timely manner to credit/underwriting requests.
  • ensuring proper monitoring and oversight of the credit portfolio
  • communication with internal stakeholders and underwriters.

In addition to the day-to-day tasks, you will contribute to activities linked to the elaboration and implementation of the strategy of the Trade Finance & Working Capital Solutions team.If you think out of the box, you are creative and you enjoy being a business-oriented team colleague driving for realistic solutions, this is an opportunity for you.About the Team :The role of the Credit Product Centre team is to provide capacity and solutions for leading Trade Finance Banks and other Financial Institutions for cross border trade transactions as well as solutions for corporate clients. This involves an international work environment with a global scope and customer base. You\'d be closely working with Trade Finance & Working Capital Solutions who is responsible for leading key C&S CorSo strategic initiatives in risk assessment and insights, providing high-quality fundamental corporate obligor & transaction credit risk assessments and conducting forward-looking sector & credit market analyses.About You :
  • 3-5 years of experience in credit analysis and credit-related work (preferably in a Credit Rating Agency or Trade Credit Insurance / Trade Finance division of a bank or factoring company). Knowledge of corporate loans and trade finance products is a plus.
  • Strong academic background with a relevant business degree and/or post - graduate or MBA / CA / CFA similar qualification in finance.
  • Proficient in financial spreading, analysis, and projections. Ability to go "beyond the financials" in enriching the credit analysis with most current economic, industry and market sentiments.
  • Experience in assessing Obligors\' group structures and intragroup linkages with the aim to determine credit ratings with limited financial information is highly desirable.
  • Attentive to details. Ability to critically question rationales behind risk ceding applications.
  • Prior experience in risk analytics e.g., quantitative credit analysis is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Expert knowledge of Excel and other MS Office software.
  • Flexibility to work in international project teams.

  • Able to apply quantitative skills, business knowledge, logical thinking and communicate the key message by visualization & presentation.
  • Team player.
  • Digital transformation project experience - would be a plus.
