Junior Counselor
Job Description
Role & responsibilities
• Enrolling students for courses offered by the company.
• Handling Inbound and Outbound calls, follow up on Enquiry and database
• Understand student requirement and guide the student to the right program fitting his / her requirement
• Explaining eligibility criteria, admission procedures, course structure,course details
• Ensure proper servicing is done for the students enrolled
Preferred candidate profile
• Any Candidate with good telecaller experience should work, added advantage if they have at least basic knowledge of engineering and medical exams and courses.
• Excellent communication.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship
Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
Expected hours: No less than 54 per week
