Key Responsibilities :
• Prospective Student Engagement : Make outbound calls to prospective students to provide detailed information on the University's UG and PG courses, admission process, eligibility criteria, and deadlines.
• Lead Generation and Follow-Up : Identify and qualify leads, follow up on inquiries, and assist in converting leads into applicants by guiding them through the admission process.
• Counseling and Information Dissemination : Offer guidance on course selection, career opportunities, and entry requirements based on the student's academic background and preferences.
• Maintain Records : Keep accurate records of all interactions with prospective students in the CRM system, track leads, and report on call outcomes.
• Schedule Counseling Sessions : Coordinate with prospective students and schedule one-on-one counseling sessions or webinars with senior faculty members or admission counselors.
• Admission Process Assistance : Assist students in completing application forms, understanding documentation requirements, and submitting necessary documents for the admission process.
• Feedback Collection : Gather feedback from prospective students and parents to improve communication strategies and the admissions process.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the admissions team to meet recruitment targets, share insights, and refine outreach strategies.
• Follow-up on Inquiries : Respond to follow-up inquiries and emails in a timely manner.
