• Minimum 1-2 years of SAP Security & authorizations application such as ECC, BI/BW, GRC, S/4 HANA & Fiori
• Well versed with SAP Security concepts of various business processes.
• Troubleshooting authorization issues across ECC & S/4 (Fiori & HANA DB inclusive)
• Experienced on Incident, Change management requests.
• Proactive approach to problem solving.
• Proactively engage directly with other cross functional teams (SAP Basis, SAP Functional teams, and Audit) to enable them in their goals while SAP security best practices.
• Excellent communication in English (spoken & written) and interpersonal & presentation skills.
• Working experience on Checking Risks and control
• Proven/hands-on experience in SAP Security controls.
• Understanding on concepts of Segregation of Duties SOD
• Follows METRO SAP IT security guidelines and ensure compliance on SAP authorization.
• Collaboration with other METRO SAP colleagues on IT security regulations and improvements.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of job experience
• Hands of experience on different user creation/maintenance/ role analysis
• Knowledge of compliance topics and audit requirements
• Good knowledge on SAP Security & Authorization topics
• Helpful would be experience in GRC 11/12 access control modules.
• Understanding of Segregation of Duties (SOD) and SAP security concepts.
• Ability to analyze SAP security risks and provide recommendations.
• Good Communication oral and written.
