Job Title: Jr Project Manager/ Jr Client Services Executive.
Position Overview:
As a Junior Project Manager cum Client Services Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the planning, execution, and successful completion of projects under the guidance of senior project management professionals. This multifaceted role combines project management responsibilities with client services coordination, requiring effective communication, organizational prowess, and attention to detail to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning: Assist in developing comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
2. Task Coordination: Coordinate and monitor project tasks, ensuring their timely completion and adherence to deadlines.
3. Communication: Facilitate seamless communication between team members, stakeholders, and other internal teams to achieve project goals.
4. Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, project schedules, and invoices.
5. Quality Assurance: Contribute to ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards through regular reviews.
6. Team Support: Provide essential support to project teams by assisting with task assignments, resource allocation, and issue resolution. Assist in brainstorming sessions with the Creative team.
7. Client Interaction: Communicate with clients via various channels, addressing inquiries, and maintaining positive relationships through regular updates. Identify and resolve client queries, and maintain detailed client records.
8. Hiring Support: Participate in the hiring process, providing guidance to team members and new recruits.
9. Product and Service Information: Provide clients with relevant information on the products and services offered by the company.
10. Promotional Activities: Identify and propose promotional/marketing offers to potential clients.
11. On-site Visits: Perform on-site visits and recce as necessary.
12. Contract Negotiation: Draft and negotiate the terms and conditions mentioned in the client service agreement.
13. Reporting: Generate regular progress reports for project stakeholders, senior management, and clients.
Qualifications and Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Project management, Business administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies.
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Adaptability to a dynamic work environment.
- Computer proficiency.
