Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman with strong technical expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating detailed architectural and engineering drawings using software like Revit, AutoCAD, and other related tools. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and other team members to produce accurate and high-quality designs and plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting and Design:
• Create detailed architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) drawings using Revit, AutoCAD, and other CAD software.
• Prepare technical drawings, plans, and layouts based on preliminary designs, concepts, and specifications provided by architects and engineers.
• Ensure that all drawings and designs adhere to company standards, industry codes, and regulations.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements and deliverables.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure that designs are integrated and consistent across all disciplines.
• Documentation:
• Maintain and update drawing files and documentation, ensuring that all changes and revisions are tracked and recorded accurately.
• Prepare as-built drawings and other documentation for project closeout.
• Quality Control:
• Review and verify accuracy and completeness of drawings before submission.
• Identify potential design and drafting issues, providing solutions to address them.
• Software Proficiency:
• Utilize Revit for 3D modeling and BIM (Building Information Modeling) to create detailed and accurate representations of structures.
• Use AutoCAD for 2D drafting and detailing, ensuring precision and clarity in all drawings.
• Stay updated on the latest drafting software and technologies to continually improve efficiency and quality.
• Project Management Support:
• Assist in the preparation of project timelines, schedules, and budgets.
• Support project teams in coordinating with contractors, vendors, and clients as needed.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Diploma or degree in Drafting, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience:
• 6 months to 1 Year experience in design detailed architectural Plan.
• Experience in the architectural, engineering, or construction industries is preferred.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in Revit for 3D modeling and BIM.
• Advanced skills in AutoCAD for 2D drafting.
• Knowledge of other drafting and modeling software (e.g., SketchUp, Rhino) is a plus.
• Understanding of architectural and engineering design principles.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

• Overtime pay
