- Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and presenting suitable solutions.
- Sales Strategy: Implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for business growth.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations to clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Education: MBA in Marketing.
- Experience: Previous experience in business development, sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Incentives: Performance-based incentives 5k for exceeding sales targets in addition to salary.
