Job Role: Junior Bartender

Candidate Location: Seeking candidates residing in North Goa only

Job Location: Aldona, Goa

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior bartender to prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
• Welcoming guests seated at the bar and taking drink orders at the bar
• Informing guests about new beverages and specials at the bar
• Serving bar beverages to guests
• Checking identification to ensure customers are the legal age to purchase alcohol
• Assisting senior bartender to maintain inventory and ordering supplies to ensure the bar and tables are well-stocked
• Adhering to all food and beverage safety and quality regulations
• Maintaining a clean work and bar area by removing trash, cleaning bar, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment in the bar counters

Salary (in-hand): Upto 10,000 monthly based on skills and foundational knowledge

Salary after probation: Based on performance and willingness to work for at least a year

Training/ probation period: 3 months

Accommodation/Assistance in finding accommodation: No

Benefits: Equal share on service charges + tips (distributed every 2 months)

Eligibility:

• Resident of North Goa
• Valid bike license
• Determination and proactiveness to learn on the job

• Final Interview & Selection
