With the accomplishments, commitment and passion that you bring, Im excited about what we will achieve together towards realizing AstraZenecas bold ambition.ABOUT THE ROLETasksFacilitates the approval flow for Statements of Work (contracts) and Purchase Orders (POs) for our team and our key stakeholdersSupports the budgeting and PO maintenance processes for our teamSupports PO closureMonitors vendor system access and mandatory training completionInitiates and implements efficiency improvements to release time and reduce costsResponsible for AZ Essentials site administration: Manages Agency onboarding and assists users with reported access issues, liaising with the Digital Support Team to resolve. Triages access concerns for linked sites (Veeva PromoMats, Experience Library). Works with content owners/SMEs for upload of content/documentation updates and/or addition of new content documentation to AZ Essentials.
