Job Title: Junior Associate - Omnichannel SpecialistCareer Level - C1Introduction to Role:
Join our Global Business Services within Global Commercial Operations as an Omnichannel Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and coordinating the execution of high-quality Adobe Campaign programs. You will establish relationships with Omnichannel Leaders and Managers and the GCO Operations and Reporting teams to guide the build and execution of marketing programs to healthcare professionals and consumers. You will be trusted to challenge the status quo, live up to your full potential, and make a significant contribution to the business and patients\' lives.Accountabilities:
As an Omnichannel Specialist, you will document and refine campaign business requirements related to content, audience, cadence, and campaign test/control. You will develop Data Exchange Documents for multiple channels, coordinate and approve Systems Integrations Testing and End to End Testing with Master Data Management and MCRM Systems IT. You will also set and manage campaign launch timeline expectations based on Email PM (ePM), Workflow build complexity, and Systems integration and testing SLAs.Essential Skills/Experience:
- Experience in delivering Email, Direct mail, SMS, and integrated marketing projects.
- Experience in Digital and Multi-Channel Marketing.
- Project Management Experience.
