Junior Associate
Job Description
1. o This entry-level position is ideal for a Fresher law graduate or someone with 0-1 year of legal experience who is passionate about Real Estate & Corporate & Banking Laws. The Junior Legal Associate will support Senior Associates in a wide range of Real Estate ( RERA Matters), Legal Audit/ Due Diligence, Corporate Advisory ( Mergers & Acquisition) & Banking matters, including transactions, property, regulatory compliance, and contract negotiations
2. Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate title opinion/s and purchase agreements.
3.Conduct legal research on property laws, zoning regulations, and land use issues. o Support due diligence efforts for real estate transactions, including title reviews and assessments. o Prepare legal documents such as deeds, closing documents/ agreements.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
