Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and talented Voice Process Executive to join our team. The Voice Process Executive will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer queries and issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.
• Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and policies.
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department or team member for resolution.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met and their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Meet or exceed established performance goals and metrics, including call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction ratings.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
• Stay updated on product and service offerings, company policies, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably in a voice-based environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Empathetic and patient demeanor, with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
• Fluency in English is must.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
