Junior Associate
Job Description
Require fresh law graduates who are enrolled with Bar Council and seeks to learn litigation. The work would include drafting of various petitions to be filed with NCLT, RERA & Civil Courts. The candidates should be ready to travel to different Delhi District Courts/Tribunals for filing purpose. The areas in which the work would relate will be Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 and Code of Civil Procedure.
The person should be ready to travel to different courts on daily basis.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship, Temporary
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
