Manages and executes operation & maintenance (O&M) Manuals for Cement Plant products e.g. Packing Machine, Loading Machine, Silo equipment etc., ensuring adequacy for the safe operation and maintenance of the plant. Contributes in content development, towards a digital platform for O&M manuals.
Review, analyse the contractual requirements (Customer specifications, local regulations, codes and standards) and prepare the requirement specification for the O&M Manual preparation.
Gain the required technical product knowledge and demonstrate application of the acquired knowledge in improved quality of O&M documentation
Coordination with project stakeholders to collect inputs and for clarifications on the documents received.
Produce, compile and publish O&M Manuals in the required format and language, ensure on time delivery, within budget and quality deliverables
Review quality of input O&M documents from a format, structure and language point of view, and inform document providers for corrective actions.
Proactive monitoring of progress of O&M manuals compilation
Clarify and support site/Customer queries related to O&M Manuals
Ensure follow up and timely response on O&MM related issues and reach agreements, internally and externally.
Prepare lessons learnt for projects and ensure communication of them so that next projects benefit
Responsiveness, simplification/improvement oriented, resilient, go getter, who can deliver results despite uncertainties

Qualifications
Engineering Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Production

Professional Experience (Experience gained on the job during professional life):
2 to 4 years of experience in structure definition and compilation of O&M documentation for heavy engineering equipment, e.g. Cement, power plants etc.
Demonstrated ability in identifying relevant types of O&M documents for equipment
English language skills
Basic project management skills

Functional Knowhow:
Knowledge of Cement Plant products (Slio, Packing Plant, Material Handling equipment & related auxiliaries etc.)
Familiar with common engineering and documentation tools Desired Characteristics

Familiar with documentation codes & standards.
An independent individual performer with high energy, go-getter, self motivated
Proficiency in MS office tools.
Certification in technical writing/technical English.
Customer first mindset, problem solving skills, perseverance with issues, till they are resolved.
Be curious and have inquisitive mindset in Digital technologies Strong Communication skills.
