This team is responsible for carrying out various activities like processing Manual invoices/Credits/Re-bill requests, Service Order Adjustments, Special Projects invoice creations and Submission of Invoices. This is a very critical team with a need to maintain high quality standards and strict adherence to TATKey Areas of ResponsibilityProcess Manual Invoices/Credits/Re-bill requests on source system based on pre-approved forms receivedProcess Service Order Adjustments & Special Projects invoice creationsUpdating billing address changesCreate month end report of invoicesInvoice submission and Modifying Invoices & re-issuingNon Standard/ Customer Specific Billing activitiesSkills RequiredUnderstanding about Billing activities & billing closeSKP or Oracle knowledgeUnderstanding about Invoice deliverySound reading comprehension and Excellent verbal (oral) and written communication skillsQualification RequiredAny graduate/ post graduate who is a Fresher or has 1 year experience in O2C Billing or any Finance Role.Category: Customer Support
