Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support to our team. The ideal candidate will assist in daily office needs, manage general administrative activities, and ensure efficient operation of the office. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a willingness to learn.Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support including answering phones, taking messages, handling correspondence, and scheduling appointments.

Document Management: Prepare, file, and retrieve documents as needed. Assist in the creation and editing of reports, presentations, and other documents.
Office Coordination: Assist in the coordination of office activities, including managing supplies, organizing meetings, and maintaining a clean and orderly office environment.
Customer Service: Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Address customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
Scheduling: Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members. Maintain calendars and ensure all events are well-coordinated.
Mail Handling: Sort, distribute, and prepare incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Support Team Members: Provide support to team members as needed, including assisting with projects, research, and other tasks.
Compliance: Ensure all administrative processes comply with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional qualifications in Office Administration or related fields are a plus.
Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required.
Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Basic knowledge of office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners, copiers).
Attributes: Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong multitasking and time-management skills.
Interpersonal Skills: Friendly and professional demeanor with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues, clients, and visitors.
Working Conditions:
Environment: Office-based role with a standard workweek. May require occasional overtime during busy periods.
Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for extended periods, use a computer, and occasionally lift and carry office supplies and equipment.
