Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support:
• Assist in managing schedules, calendars, and appointments.
• Prepare and handle correspondence, reports, and presentations.

• Office Coordination:
• Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
• Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
• Order and manage office supplies and inventory.
• Data Management:
• Input and update data in databases and spreadsheets.
• Perform routine data entry tasks and ensure accuracy.
• Generate reports as needed.
• Meeting and Event Support:
• Help coordinate and set up meetings and events.
• Take and distribute meeting minutes.

Qualifications:
