Opportunity We are currently looking for the role of an Junior Art Director/Graphic Designer at IMS who is having 2-5 years of experience As Graphic Designer,your goals will be To implement design solutions that meet marketing strategies from concept to completion Once the Senior Graphic Designer decieds on visual language for the global market, adapt/tweak/localize them to suit different regions/clusters. Designing original pieces, including illustrations and infographics according to the guidelines. Amend final designs to clients comments and gain full approval Work alongwith copywriters, designers, project owners, and insight analysts to come up with innovative solutions Maintain brand consistency throughout all our ongoing projects by adhering to the brand guidelines Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools A dayat Maersk: Work on multitasks at the same time using a wide range of media that includes bothPrint and Digital Awareness of current trends in the visual arts, working knowledge of the latest computer packages and an understanding oftime limits, all of which can impact on the design Creates professional designs and layouts for promotional material by creating SoMe Posts, Videos,Flyer/Brochure (both digital and print), Advertisements, Posters, Logos, Icons/Illustrationsand other visual layouts Determines style, technique, and medium best suited to organization promotion strategies Detail-oriented, flexible, self-motivated and meeting deadlines What would be your contribution: Proven graphic designing experience Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas Minimum Qualifications: AnyGraduate/Bachelor of Fine Arts. Up to date with industry-leading software and technologies (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch (optional), etc) Highly proficient in all design aspects Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines
