Job Title: Junior Architect
Location: Dehradun

Reports To: Senior Architect/Project Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in designing, planning, and overseeing architectural projects under the guidance of senior professionals. This role requires creativity, technical proficiency, and a strong understanding of architectural principles to deliver innovative and practical design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of architectural designs, drawings, and plans using CAD and other design tools.
• Collaborate with the project team to develop concepts, layouts, and detailed designs.
• Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Research and integrate building codes, standards, and regulations into designs.
• Prepare 3D models, renderings, and presentations for client review.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Support senior architects in preparing project documentation and reports.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and sustainable design practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in architectural design or construction.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and materials.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for design and innovation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Architecture or certification in specialized design tools.
• Experience with sustainable or green building practices.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position; may require occasional site visits or extended hours based on project needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
