Job Role:

As a Junior Architect , you will play a pivotal role in assisting with architectural designs, creating 3D models, and supporting the team in delivering exceptional design solutions. Additionally, you will contribute to our social media marketing efforts to showcase our innovative projects and engage with our audience. This hybrid role allows you to work remotely with periodic onsite collaborations to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Support: Assist senior architects and interior designers in developing conceptual designs, floor plans, and layouts based on client requirements.
• 3D Visualization: Create high-quality 3D models and renderings using tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Lumion.
• Project Documentation: Prepare and organize technical drawings, specifications, and project presentations.
• Social Media Marketing:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create content for DTH's social media channels.
• Showcase ongoing projects, design concepts, and decor trends to attract potential clients.
• Engage with followers by responding to queries and comments and driving traffic to the platform.
• Help generate innovative ideas to enhance DTH's digital presence.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with the design team, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all designs meet company standards for aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability.
• Research: Stay updated on the latest trends, materials, and technologies in architecture, interior design, and digital marketing.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design from a recognized institution.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and Photoshop.
• Familiarity with rendering tools like V-Ray or Enscape is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of BIM tools is desirable.
• Social Media Skills:
• Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
• Basic understanding of social media tools and analytics.
• Creative content creation skills are an advantage.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills.

Preferred Candidate:

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Male candidates are preferred for this role.
• Chennai-based candidates or those willing to relocate are a plus.
