Description We are currently seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Junior Architect. As a junior architect, you will have the opportunity to work with our experienced team on a variety of exciting projects. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about architecture and is looking to gain hands-on experience in a collaborative and dynamic environment. Responsibilities
- Work closely with senior architects to develop and design architectural projects
- Assist in preparing and presenting architectural plans, designs, and models
- Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to ensure projects are executed according to plans
- Conduct site visits and perform inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications and regulations
- Conduct research on architectural trends, materials, and building codes
- Assist in the coordination and management of project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and contracts
- Assist in the preparation of construction documents, including detailed drawings and specifications
- Bachelor\'s degree in Architecture or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software
- Strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Day shift
