We are a dynamic and innovative construction firm seeking a talented Junior Architect to join our team.

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Junior Architect to assist in the design, development, and implementation of architectural projects. The successful candidate will work closely with engineers, and other team members to deliver high-quality designs and solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Assist Project managers in designing and developing architectural projects.

2. Produce 2D and 3D drawings, models, and presentations using software like Autodesk Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

3. Conduct site visits and gather field data.

4. Research building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainable design principles.

5. Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients.

6. Participate in project meetings and contribute to design discussions.

7. Develop and maintain project documentation and records.

8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).

2. Min. 2-3 years of experience in architecture or a related field.

3. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.

4. Strong design, communication, and problem-solving skills.

5. Ability to work in a team environment and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications :

1. Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM).

2. Knowledge of sustainable design principles and green building certifications.

3. Familiarity with local building codes and zoning regulations.

4. Strong graphic presentation skills.

5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
