Project Management (Bill of Material and Bill of Quantity) Estimator for USA Commercial Building Project.

Over the past 7 years in business, it has many innovative products and services for its customers in the building construction industry.

Aaeimaa is looking for Jr Architect , with strong experience using Autodesk AutoCAD software .



• Create CAD drawings using Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit software.
• Review and analyze project drawings to prepare detailed Bills of Materials (BoM) and Bills of Quantities (BoQ).
• Interpret construction-ready drawings, specifications, and project documents to extract critical details.
• Collaborate with the sales and leadership teams to prepare quotes, proposals, and reports.
• Draft Signage Fabrication drawings in AutoCAD.
• Provide project tracking and weekly status updates as part of shared team responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Freshers can apply.
• Bachelor's degree Architecture (B. Arch preferred).
• Diploma in Architecture can also apply.
• Proficient in AutoCAD. (1 year Required)
• Proficiency using business/technical software like MS - Office products, MS Project, and other CAD software.
• Excellent Spoken and Written English competency is a must.

Salary, Perks & Bonus

• Salary is Rs 10,000 per month for a Junior or entry-level qualified architect.
• 6 months of probation
• Performance Bonus.
