Role - Architect Role and Responsibilities:- \xe2\x97\x8f Understanding customer\xe2\x80\x99s needs and developing design concepts and establishing final briefs. \xe2\x97\x8f Design the way that homes, apartment complexes and other places of residence look and function. \xe2\x97\x8f Transforming the building needs and desires of the clients into realistic blueprints, layouts and plans for execution. \xe2\x97\x8f Creating floor plans for effectively utilizing the space, with understanding of interiors and keeping in mind the structural design nuances. \xe2\x97\x8f Coming up with elevations of buildings as per customer requirements and budget constraints \xe2\x97\x8f Understand municipal codes and local & state building regulations for designing and planning the projects \xe2\x97\x8f Producing client presentations for project conversion \xe2\x97\x8f Energy Efficiency and Sustainable Architecture Expert Requirements: \xe2\x97\x8f Having B. Arch. degree \xe2\x97\x8f Minimum 3 year experience designing floor plans, elevations. design concepts etc. \xe2\x97\x8f Proficient in AutoCad and other design software. \xe2\x97\x8f Experience preferred in 3D modeling using Revit, 3D Max or similar software. \xe2\x97\x8f Expert in verbal & written communication in English and/or Telugu. \xe2\x97\x8f Sketchup & Photoshop experience preferred. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship Salary: 20,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month Benefits:
