RPDS is looking to hire a JUNIOR ARCHITECT- HIGH-END RESIDENTIAL LUXURUOUS PROJECTS.

LOCATION MUMBAI, LOWER PAREL

THE CANDIDATES SHOULD BE BASED OUT OF MUMBAI ONLY

EXPERIENCE 4 TO 6 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

SALARY - 40,000K TO 70,000K

JOINING - IMMEDIATE joiner would be preferred

RPDS is seeking a reliable and passionate Junior Architect for High-end Residential Luxury Projects with 4-6 years of architectural experience in our organization. You will be in charge of planning and creating architectural designs:

The candidate should be able to communicate the project progress to clients. Responsibilities

Analysing architectural designs and plans. In-depth understanding of CAD and AutoCAD software.

Preparing building models and structure plans. Creating blueprints and making alterations based on feedback from the client. Undertaking regular site visits and inspections

Liaising with clients to ensure all issues are addressed promptly, and that project requirements are met. Providing guidance to subcontractors like builders, plumbers, and electricians, and helping them interpret design specifications.

Willingness to work overtime as required. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related discipline.

4-6 years of experience as an Architect in a reputed architectural firm.

Familiarity with design software like AutoCAD, Revit Architecture, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator 3d Studio, and InDesign. SKILLS A good portfolio showcasing work experience as an Architect, primarily in executed projects. Detail-oriented and highly analytical. Up-to-date with the latest architectural designs and trends. Deadline-driven and highly motivated individual. Strong project management and communication skills.
