Anukarati Homes Pvt. Ltd. is a dynamic real estate development company based in Mumbai, specializing in housing projects under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) scheme and government infrastructure contracting. We are dedicated to providing high-quality, affordable housing solutions and contributing to the nation's infrastructure development. As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our team.

Responsibilities

A. Conceptual Drawings

• Design Inputs & Site Visits : Develop conceptual drawings based on design inputs from the CEO/Department Head and insights gathered during site visits.
• Project Brief : Prepare comprehensive project briefs that outline the scope, objectives, and key details of each project.
• Concept Design Options : Prepare and submit multiple concept design options for review and approval by the CEO/Department Head.

B. Good For Construction (GFC) Drawings

• GFC Preparation/Review : Prepare and review GFC drawings, including elevations, sections, and detailed plans, ensuring compliance with the drawings list.
• GFC Issuance : Issue signed-off GFC drawings to Project Coordinators for site implementation.
• Consultant Coordination : Ensure proper coordination with all consultants involved in the projects, such as Principal Architect, MEP, Structural, Landscape Architect, and Liaison Architect.

C. Schematic Design

• 3D Elevations & Sections : Prepare or obtain schematic designs for 3D elevations and sections from external consultants and submit them for review.
• Finalization & Marketing : Review, finalize, and send sale plans and 3D elevations to the Marketing team as needed.

Qualifications

Education : Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.

Experience : Relevant experience in architectural design and project coordination.

Knowledge : Complete knowledge of UDCPR (Unified Development Control and Promotion Regulations) is essential.

Technical Skills : Proficiency in AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software.

Soft Skills : Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and teamwork skills.
