Job Summary :

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Architect with 0-1 year of experience to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with minimal experience to develop their skills in architectural design and project coordination. The ideal candidate will assist in creating innovative designs and support senior architects in various phases of the project.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in the development of architectural designs, drawings, and specifications.
• Support the design team in conceptualizing and developing project designs.
• Prepare and revise detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Participate in site visits to monitor progress and gather data for design improvements.
• Research and apply local building codes, zoning laws, and regulations to project designs.
• Assist in preparing presentations for clients, including 3D renderings and project documentation.
• Help maintain project files and ensure documentation is up-to-date.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• 0-1 year of experience in architectural design (internship experience is also acceptable).
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
• Basic understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
• Strong attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Eagerness to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills :

• Experience in 3D modeling and rendering.
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices or green building techniques is a plus.
• Familiarity with presentation tools like Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator
