Job Description

• Assist in developing architectural designs, plans, and blueprints under the guidance of senior architects.
• Create 2D and 3D renderings, models, and presentations to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits and support in project documentation, including measurements, photos, and notes, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other team members to ensure accurate project execution and adherence to design intent.
• Participate in research, development, and application of sustainable building practices and materials.
• Prepare and review architectural drawings, ensuring accuracy, quality, and alignment with project goals and local regulations.
• Contribute to project budgeting, scheduling, and progress reporting to ensure project timelines are met.
• Stay updated on architectural trends, materials, and technology to continuously improve design solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit), 3D modeling tools (e.g., SketchUp), and design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strong attention to detail, design creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and communicate effectively.
• Basic knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction practices.
