Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and talented Junior Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a strong understanding of architectural principles, and hands-on experience with CAD software. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and development of architectural projects.
• Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using CAD software.
• Collaborate with senior architects and project managers to ensure project goals are met.
• Conduct site visits and assist in project documentation.
• Contribute to presentations and reports for clients and stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in architectural technology.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural design and drafting.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) is required.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with 3D modeling software (SketchUp, Rhino, etc.).
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices.
• Familiarity with project management software.
