Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect with 1 to 2 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in the design, development, and execution of architectural projects while collaborating with senior architects and project teams. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Development:
• Assist in creating and developing design concepts and solutions for various architectural projects.
• Prepare drawings, sketches, and 3D models using design software.
• Contribute to the development of detailed architectural plans and documentation.
• Project Coordination:
• Collaborate with senior architects, consultants, and other team members to ensure project objectives are met.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.
• Support in managing project schedules and deliverables.
• Documentation and Compliance:
• Prepare and review architectural drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Assist in creating project presentations, reports, and other necessary documentation.
• Site Visits and Inspections:
• Participate in site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Identify and resolve minor on-site issues in collaboration with the project team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in architectural design or related roles.
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Basic understanding of building codes, materials, and construction techniques.
• Strong design and visualization skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and handle multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with 3D rendering software like V-Ray or Lumion.
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles and practices.
• Familiarity with project management tools.
