Position: - Green Building Engineer

No of Position: - 2

Desired profile: - We are looking for a Green Building Engineer who is passionate about sustainability and has knowledge of green building certifications like GRIHA, IGBC, and the documentation required for Green Building Certification (GBC). This role is integral in ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of sustainability and performance.

Qualifications: - BE Civil or B.Arch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Green Building Design :

o Make sure the building meets green certification standards like GRIHA and IGBC.

• Documentation for Certification :
• Prepare and organize all paperwork required to apply for green building certifications.
• Ensure all project documents are complete, accurate, and submitted on time for GRIHA, IGBC, and GBC certifications.
• Site Inspections :
• Visit building sites to check that sustainability practices are being followed and provide solutions for any issues.

Experience: - 1 To 2 Years

Skills : -

• Knowledge of GRIHA, IGBC, LEED, and other green certification systems.
• Ability to use tools and software for energy modelling and sustainability assessments.
• Experience with GRIHA, IGBC, or other green building certifications.
• Good communication skills for working with teams and preparing reports.

Salary Range - Will be decided after discussion with the candidate, it will be according to market standards

Location: - Vadodara, Gujarat (however, the candidate shall be willing to travel all over India as and when required depending on project requirement).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
