Junior Architect
Job Description
• Design Development: Collaborate with senior architects to develop design concepts and prepare drawings, models, and images using software such as AutoCAD, sketchup
• Project Support: Assist in the preparation of project specifications, cost estimates, and construction documents.
• Research and Analysis: Conduct research on materials, building codes, and regulations. Analyze site conditions and constraints to inform design decisions.
• Coordination: Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other team members to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings and presentations. Address client concerns and incorporate feedback into project designs.
• Quality Assurance: Review drawings and documents to ensure compliance with company standards and project requirements.
• Professional Development: Stay current with industry trends, standards, and practices. Pursue opportunities for professional growth and development
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?9,546.48 - ?21,000.00 per month
