Job Description

Position Overview:

The Junior Architect/Architect will assist in designing, drafting, and visualizing architectural projects. The role requires strong technical and creative skills to develop detailed drawings and 3D visualizations. The candidate will work closely with senior architects and the design team to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completion. Prepare detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD. Create 3D models and visualizations using SketchUp and 3ds Max or Lumion. Produce high-quality renderings and presentations using Photoshop. Collaborate with senior architects and the design team to refine designs and solve technical issues. Ensure designs comply with local building codes and regulations. Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure design implementation. Maintain project documentation and assist in preparing reports and presentations
