We Are Hiring !!!! Role : Junior Architect Location - Chennai ( or ) Dindugal Salary - Based on the experience Immediate joiners preferable !!! Responsibilities:
- Developing architectural plans and designs for new construction projects, alterations, and redevelopments.
- Prepare drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
- Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives.
- Participate in the design and production of drawings, models, and presentations.
- Visit construction sites to collect measurements and other relevant data.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and design proposals.
- Contribute to team meetings and design reviews.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution (Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferred).
- 3 to 8 years of professional experience in an architectural firm.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong design and technical skills.
- Knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to travel officially if needed.
- LEED accreditation is a plus.
- Experience with 3D modeling software and rendering programs.
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices.
- Internship or previous work experience in an architectural firm.
- Day shift
