Overview

We are seeking a creative and motivated Junior Architect to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for architecture, strong technical skills, and a desire to grow within a collaborative environment. As a Junior Architect, you will be involved in all stages of architectural design, from conceptualization through to construction documentation, and will work closely with senior architects and designers to deliver innovative and high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Support : Assist in the development of design concepts, including schematic design, design development, and technical drawings.
• 3D Modeling & Visualization : Create and modify 3D models using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, or other modeling tools to assist with design presentation and development.
• Drafting & Technical Documentation : Produce high-quality architectural drawings and detailed technical specifications, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Client & Consultant Coordination : Assist in communicating design ideas to clients and collaborating with consultants and contractors to ensure the design vision is realized in construction.
• Site Visits : Participate in site visits to observe construction progress, address design challenges, and ensure design intent is being followed.
• Research & Innovation : Stay up-to-date with industry trends, building materials, sustainability practices, and construction techniques, contributing new ideas to the team.
• Project Management Support : Support the project management team with scheduling, cost estimation, and project documentation.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with senior architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Experience : 0-3 years of professional experience in an architectural firm or related design field. Internship experience during academic studies will be considered.
• Skills :
• Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles, construction methods, and materials.
• Ability to produce high-quality technical drawings and documentation.
• Basic knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and accessibility guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
