Position Title: Junior Architect

Organization: ARCHX Design Creations Pvt Ltd.

Location: Patna, Bihar

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and Drafting:

o Assist in the development of architectural designs and project plans.

o Create detailed drawings and blueprints using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.

o Collaborate with senior architects and project teams to refine designs and ensure feasibility.

2. 3D Modeling and Visualization:

o Develop 3D models and renderings using SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, and Enscape.

o Produce high-quality visualizations and presentations to communicate design concepts to clients.

3. Project Coordination:

o Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment.

o Assist in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources.

o Participate in site visits and inspections to ensure design compliance and quality control.

4. Documentation and Reporting:

o Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including design specifications, reports, and schedules.

o Use Microsoft Office tools to create and manage project documents and presentations.

o Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

5. Client Interaction:

o Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and preferences.

o Present design proposals and modifications to clients for feedback and approval.

o Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in architectural design and project management.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, Revit, Enscape, and Photoshop.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Compensation:

• Competitive monthly salary [ Rs. 15k - 20K] based on experience and qualifications.
