What this job involves:
The Graphic Designer will require to design and develop materials to support business development,
marketing initiatives and campaigns, and high-end property marketing initiatives. Candidate who
can create visual communications to convey messages in an effective and aesthetically pleasing
manner. This incorporates several tasks and responsibilities. Emphasis will be on designing
customized PowerPoint presentations, brochures, newsletters, microsites and other marketing
materials for multi-million dollar properties.
The candidate will work closely with the Marketing teams across globe to support different
business/service lines. He/she must understand the strategy, audience and objectives behind
complex design projects, provide appropriate solutions with minimal art direction and work with a
variety of team contributors including marketers and various levels of management. Graphics should
capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, one
requires to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. If you can

xefx82xb7 Create and maintain high-quality visual content for company brand in both digital and print
communications, including, but not limited to brochures, flyers, infographics, social media,
web graphics, logos, emailers, event materials, and posters.
xefx82xb7 Must have a good understanding of the fundamental concepts of print and web publishing
and graphic design principles.
xefx82xb7 Gather all relevant facts for each project and ensure that all deliverables communicate the
correct information.
xefx82xb7 Generate clear ideas, concepts, and designs of creative assets from beginning to end.
xefx82xb7 Work collaboratively with other designers to ensure a consistent, integrated brand
perception.
xefx82xb7 Collaborate with a cross-functional team that includes marketers, art directors, and design
managers in order to create compelling designs
xefx82xb7 Translate information about the business and stakeholders into designs that are visually
enticing, easy to understand, and emotionally impactful.
xefx82xb7 Stay on top of the latest standards, processes, and trends in the visual design field.
xefx82xb7 You have the ability to work independently and under deadline pressure on several projects
simultaneously
xefx82xb7 The ability to receive, interpret, and implement constructive feedback from project
stakeholders into your design work.
xefx82xb7 You have a team-oriented attitude and ability to contribute to design- and functionalityrelated
marketing decisions
xefx82xb7 Strong work ethics: Takes initiative and can self-manage. Resourceful when approaching
projects, can navigate through obstacles to bring projects to fruition, and can effectively
multi-task in a fast-paced environment
xefx82xb7 Ability to work on various Real Estate related deliverables like Building Illustrations, property
brochures/flyers, signages, banners.

xefx82xb7 Bachelorxe2x80x99s in any disciple or graphic design field with a significant equivalent experience.
xefx82xb7 Have 0 to 3 months of relevant experience.
xefx82xb7 You have strong creative vision and visual arts skills with an established portfolio of
business to business print and digital marketing collateral
xefx82xb7 Proficient using Adobe Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
xefx82xb7 Knowledge of PowerPoint and Word is a plus.
xefx82xb7 Good communication skills, including the ability to clearly explain design decisions in words
and writing.
xefx82xb7 An appreciation for and awareness of emerging design trends in print and digital.
xefx82xb7 Able to learn new tools and processes quickly and work in a fast-evolving environment.
xefx82xb7 Experience in working in Commercial Real Estate will be an added advantage
xefx82xb7 You have the ability to study industry trends in visual communications and develop creative,
