Key Responsibilities: - Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding Insurance Advisors to meet sales targets.- Track team performance, set goals, and offer constructive feedback to improve results. - Collaborate with senior management for strategic sales leadership development. Key Qualifications: - 1+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.- Minimum undergraduate degree. - Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for team development. Age: 22 to 38 years. - Local candidates preferred.
