: Junior Advocate

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research, prepare legal documents, and assist in the preparation of pleadings, motions, and other legal matters.
• Represent clients at court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings.
• Interview clients, gather information, and develop legal strategies.
• Prepare witnesses, present evidence, and advocate on behalf of clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and adversaries.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on various legal matters.
• Stay abreast of changes in the law and legal procedures.

Eligibility Criteria:

• LL.B degree from a recognized law school.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in a legal setting, preferably in litigation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in legal research and writing.
• Admitted to the Bar.

•Additional Desirable Qualifications: •

• Experience in a particular area of law, such as civil litigation, criminal defense, or family law.
• Master's degree in law or a related field.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Strong leadership abilities.
