We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Female Associate to join us. The ideal candidate can be a Fresher as well but have a minimum of 1 year of experience preferably handling various legal matters, and court representations, and should demonstrate exceptional drafting and research skills, keen attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload encompassing civil, commercial, family, Real estate, DRT, NCLT, and arbitration matters.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and arguments.
- Drafting of pleadings, commercial agreements and other legal documents with precision and accuracy.
- Regular court representations.
- Strong drafting and research skills.
- Ability to handle cases independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Adherence to ethical standards and professional integrity.
