Junior Advocate Role Description Junior Advocates are responsible for supporting senior advocates, researching cases, preparing legal documents, and representing clients in court proceedings. We are looking for Advocates with 1 to 3 years experience. The following are the requirements for the candidates \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution. \xc2\xb7 Strong understanding of legal principles, procedures, and terminology. \xc2\xb7 Excellent research skills, including gathering, analyzing, and presenting legal information. \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in legal writing, drafting legal documents, and preparing case briefs. \xc2\xb7 Good communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders. \xc2\xb7 Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in legal documentation \xc2\xb7 Conduct legal research to support senior advocates and legal team in case preparation. \xc2\xb7 Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, affidavits, and contracts under the guidance of senior advocates. \xc2\xb7 Assist in case analysis and preparation by organizing case materials, summarizing evidence, and preparing case briefs. \xc2\xb7 Attend court proceedings, hearings, and client meetings, and take notes as required. \xc2\xb7 Communicate with clients to gather relevant information, provide updates on case progress, and address queries. \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with other members of the legal team to ensure effective coordination and communication. \xc2\xb7 Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of case-related activities, deadlines, and documents.
