The applicant should have been enrolled with the bar council and cleared AIBE.
The job includes filing of cases in GST Appeals/Debt Recovery Tribunals/ RERA/CESTAT/HC etc. Drafting petitions, counters etc. Following up the cases.
The applicant should assist the senior advocates in drafting Legal opinion, agreements, sale deed and works related to it.
They should know to read and write Tamil & English with basic typing skill in English and basic knowledge of Computer.
Two wheeler license is mandatory.
Last but not the least should have desire to learn work and take any new responsibillities entrusted.
