Position: Account Executive

Main job Location: Hyderabad

Working Mode: Fulltime

Timings: 09:00 AM -6:30 PM (Monday - Saturday)

Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with minimum 2+yr of experience

Package Range : 3LPA - 6LPA

Required skills:

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in accounting software Tally, or SAP and Microsoft Excel and Google sheets
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Responsibilities:

Accounts Payables Management :

• Process incoming invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors.
• Verify accuracy of invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests.
• Resolve any discrepancies or issues with vendors regarding payments.
• Maintain organized records of accounts payables transactions
• Preparation of Inventory and Stock Reports

Bookkeeping:

• Record financial transactions accurately in the company's accounting system.
• Maintain general ledger accounts and ensure they are up to date
• Reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable ledgers
• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports as needed

Bank Reconciliation:

• Record bank transactions and maintain reconciliation documentation
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies between bank statements and internal records.

Financial Reporting:

• Assist in preparing financial reports for management and external stakeholders.
• Compile data and assist in the analysis of financial information
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
• Support senior staff in budgeting and forecasting processes.

Minimum Service Agreement (bond): 26 Months (2 months training + 24 months service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?600,000.00 per year
