Job Title: Junior Account Executive
Location: Preet Vihar, Delhi
Salary: ?12,000 to ?15,000 per month
Position Type: Full-time

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Junior Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting tasks, including payment verification, invoice management, bank entries, and other administrative functions. This role requires accuracy, a basic understanding of accounting principles, and proficiency with accounting software such as Tally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify and process payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Manage and maintain the expenses invoice book, ensuring all expenses are accurately recorded.
• Perform bank entries in Tally and ensure proper reconciliation of accounts.
• Handle Shopify invoices and ensure they are correctly booked in the accounting system.
• Manage and maintain sales invoices, ensuring proper documentation and timely entry into the system.
• Assist in day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate records for internal and external reporting.
• Support the senior accountant in various financial activities and reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth functioning of accounting processes.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping principles.
• Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel.
• Experience in handling Shopify invoices is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Candidate with 6 months to 1 years of experience in accounts or finance are welcome to apply.
