Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and bookkeeping, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
• Prepare and post journal entries, including accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Reconcile bank statements and perform periodic financial reconciliations.
• Process employee expense reports and ensure timely reimbursements.
• Support the Senior Accountant in month-end and year-end close processes.
• Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation and support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
• Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior internship or work experience in accounting is a plus.
